FRS Development is the development arm of FRS Real Estate. We attract investment dollars for residential & community projects and often times manage those investments. We are the operator and/or developer for the projects that we are involved in, providing services and products that create value for all stakeholders.
THE PROCESS
Whether we utilize our internal talents or use our external resources, we are overseeing every step of the process. This includes pre-development and development, the evaluation of the property, land acquisition, obtaining development approvals, permits, installation of all civil work, and prepping finished lots for sale to builders and individuals.​ We forge invaluable relationships with government agencies, surveyors, engineers, and construction entities.
